"The room was clean. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Slept like a log. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was very good. Poached eggs done to perfection. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Staff were helpful and friendly but property is very tired. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and bedroom, and the room smelt slightly damp. There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning."

"Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The twin room was spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. The initial problem with the heating was sorted out very quickly. We had our evening meal here, and can highly recommend the food. What really stands out at The Carpenters Arms, is the staff. Many thanks to Richard, Holly and Paula and to everyone that helps make this such a great place. We would certainly be happy to stay again. "

Cuando hice la reserva, me confirmaron por correo electrónico que esto quedaba anotado y que las habitaciones serían así. Yo me quedé tan tranquilo pero, cuando llegamos al hotel, las dos habitaciones eran de dos camas. Lo dije en la recepción pero no lo solucionaron. Por lo demás, hotel muy agradable. "Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. "
