"Excelente en todo sentido. A pesar de ser un edificio que se nota que tiene sus años esta bien mantenido. Destaco la atención del personal, TODOS son extremadamente amables, un placer tratar con ellos. El desayuno es bueno, variado y todo rico en general. El área de la piscina super limpia, muchas reposeras. Lo único en contra la playa, no es muy bonita, pero si no vas exclusivamente a hacer playa esta bien. En resumen, diría que es una muy buena relación calidad-precio."

"Hotel ya un poco viejo, aunque no está mal, no creo que repitiera, se encuentra en una zona dónde no hay nada. Hotel ruidoso en las habitaciones por culpa de los aires acondicionados. La piscina con mucha gente. El desayuno esta bien, eso si. PMR: Hotel dónde aprovechando las rampas para los maleteros puedes acceder a casi todas partes. Eso si, como casi toda Malasia, no esperes que nadie respete los pasos adaptados donde los alla. Lo normal algo aparcado en la rampa."

"Bed not comfy. Pillow too high. Big Bedroom on 3rd flr, one section (nearer the entrance bed) can't feel the aircon draft and warm even with fan. Staff service is superb. Very assuring and attentive. Very nice villa and awesome view of sea."

"Lovely large property. Location is ok - halfway between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi. Cleanliness of property was not great - there was hair in the showers and the sink was blocked. Struggled to get responses sometimes."
