"Home was pristine and clean inside The back area needs attention. The hammocks were old and unusable. The outside table needed cleaned and there were no chair cushions. The grill didn't have any gas. The inside of the home was very nice, roomy and clean. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you"

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Have everything. Feel like staying at home. Owner provided very detailed instructions, which made it easy for visitors to find the driveway entrance. Not far from sequoia national park entrance but it takes over 40 mins to the popular sites in the park. So If it is for visiting sequoia NP, it will be better to stay inside the park, to avoid driving back and forth along the winding mountain road."

"The house is nice and open and suited our family’s needs. The hot tub wasn’t really usable as it had algae in it. Not a big deal, but the kitchen could use some baking pans/pyrex, etc. We baked pasta in a grill pan. The biggest issue was communication with the hosts, which largely seems to be automated responses. Prior to booking, I asked for an hour late check out and was approved. The booking never reflected that, and after receiving a couple of automated responses to confirm a noon checkout,...

"Lovely location near Felton and Ben Lomond. Clean rental and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Market is close by along with restaurants. Neighborhood was pleasant and felt peaceful and loved to hear all the birds in the morning! Nearby river in state park provides river water play for kids. We all loved this rental. We’ll be back! Really appreciated having laundry on site as well. Communication was great with host."
