The owners met us on arrival and gave us a tour showed us how to work the heater where to find things they were just amazing! They gave us our pin to mark our home on the map of all of their visitors and then brought us eggs and waffles in the morning made fresh from there free range chickens.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Cozy Cottage. The apartment was fun, clean, and eclectic. We had a short drive to the entrance of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. The hosts, John and Tracey, made the visit memorable and unique with their hospitality and breakfast . We would definitely consider coming back !

This place was almost too nice. It was beautiful and comfortable. Comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom, a living area with a nice tv and lots of movies. It was one of the lodging accomodations closest to Kings Canyon National Park, and it allowed dogs. I couldn't ask for better.The grounds were a birdwatcher's dream. Because restaurants and grocery stores were not nearby, the hosts had brilliantly provided frozen meals and snacks and drinks for purchase at a nominal fee, and breakfast is included in the rental price. John and Traci are terrific people to stay with. I highly recommend this cottage for your national park visit.

The hosts have tried to think of everything a guest may need and cannot get or find in a remote rural area, and they have succeeded. Great base for visiting the National Parks.

Home-away-from-home!

The cozy cottage was the perfect place to stay while visiting Yosemite and surrounding areas! It was clean and well equipped. John and Traci were super great. They provided a relaxing space, laughs and options for food purchases after a long day in the parks. Then a delicious delivered breakfast in the morning, a great way to start the day! We had an awesome stay!

We had a great time and enjoyed Traci and John so much. They have thought of whatever you might need and provide a great breakfast and other amenities. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. Loved it!

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. From the minuted we checked in the hosts were amazing. Not only were they super accommodating but nice and funny. They really go above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable and special. Around the area there isn't much since the location its close to the parks. They have plenty of food (hot &cold) you can purchase from them at a very low cost. This was super convenient and we really took advantage of this perk. With your stay breakfast its provided which consisted of scramble eggs and waffles. Breakfast was delicious and perfect to start the day. highly recommended if you are visiting the area.

We had a great stay at the cozy cottage. Traci and John are very kind hosts and made sure everything was alright for us. They even prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning. The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean. A highlight were the wild turkeys that greeted us upon arrival outside in the frontyard. Thank you for having us, John and Traci.

Adorable and Safe space

My friend and I stayed here all the way from the east coast. John and Tracy love hosting. The space they created is very private and we enjoyed the stories they shared, they had a fridge filled with groceries, brought us breakfast every morning, and gave us umbrellas when it was raining. The space was so clean and cozy. Loved the experience!

A great hidden mountain hideway with great hosts

Like a hidden gym this cottage is a great stay for visiting King Canyon or Sequoia or just enjoying the calm nature in the mountains. John is a great breakfest cook and we loved the talks and hints Traci and John provided to us for our daytrips to the National Parks. The big tube is a great plus for relaxing at evenings and the cottage is just perfect for two and really clean and in perfect shape. Also if you missed the grocery they will take care of you with a packed fridge ;-).
