"Extended Memorial Day Weekend with teen son and two chihuahuas. We visited primarily to see historic and family sites in the Schellsburg/New Paris/Bedford areas. Also visited Somerset and Laurel Hill State Park as well as Shawnee State Park. Nice location on the golf course; plenty of space; well-stocked kitchen and a Dollar store down the road with groceries. Wasn't clear on what community amenities we were allowed to use and what the community rules were besides quiet hours--rental guidance...

"The cabin is amazingly modern with beautiful hardwood floors, modern gas stove, Refrigerator with cabinets stocked with everything that you will need for cooking and preparing meals- spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms. Living room with fireplace is a special space as we built a Fire To break the coolness Of one of The days (also has water baseboard heat if needed). Large charcoal grill handled Steaks, hamburgers (12) and hot dogs For 6! Nights and morning around...
