"Great location! Spacious! Minutes away from red rocks! We needed some supper supplies and there was a target and large mall nearby. I will say the kitchen could have been a little more tidy- lots of dishes that were still dirty and the silverware drawers all had lots of crumbs in them.. we were so busy we didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub but it looked clean!We would definitely stay here again- the location was phenomenal for anyone planning a trip to red rocks for a concert or for some...

"This is my Colorado mountain dream home! What a lovely home tucked away in the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. "

"Directions for check-in, checkout and uniqueness of an older dwelling were great. Lots of food options to eat out, but the kitchen is well equipped to cook also. Overall, a lovely place for an individual or couple to retreat."

"The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! "What a great place located by everything great in Downtown Morrison including Red Rocks! Hosts were very kind and accomodating. The place is so unique/artistic and the yard space is huge! My dogs were in heaven and we enjoyed the beautiful garden that sourrounds everything. We meesaged the host to extend our checkout time so we could go downtown for breakfast, since no one was renting the next night Sabine told us to enjoy & take all the time we needed. Thankyou!"

"This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house."

"Check in was easy, everything went as expected"

"Property and surroundings were amazing. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. We were disappointed that the fire pit and grill had been removed due to regulations. The beautiful walkway, seating and fire pit was a main selling point when we were renting this property. The house is fully equipped with anything you would need.
