"I was the first customer in their new hotel rooms, while the staff are getting to grips with running a hotel they are learning fast and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. "Hicimos una reserva con todo incluido para 2 adultos y 2 niños y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que era solo para 2 que los otros 2 habÍa que pagarlo a parte.
El hotel le falta mantenimiento, paredes agrietadas e incluso nos faltaban toallas, pedimos servicio en la habitación y no nos trajeron el postre pedido… En su dia probablemente si fue un 4 estrellas .. pero se ha dejado mucho. El personal y la ubicación muy bien"
