"While the hotel is already little isolated from the city it a place that I come back to. I was given an early check in and a late check out. The staff were friendly and went out of their way with trying to help solve a problem (not of their making). My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The pool was clean. "The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."
