The charm of Old Florida is present in this townhouse! The close views of the ocean make you feel like you are on a cruise at all times. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture along with bedding added to our enjoyable stay. Cedar Key is coming back after the hurricane and that is a great thing!

Friends getaway

The view from this condo is amazing 24 hours a day! It is located within walking distance to anything you need, from coffee to dinner to ice cream. The management company is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Weekend

Nice property in a great location. Have stayed here before and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Property managers are local and communicate very well.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed taking the kayak out and watching all the dolphins. All the restaurants are walkable which was really nice.

Tremendous location looking over the Gulf - great for viewing dolphins and pelicans. Close to all restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Great views every morning

We had a great stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch porposes play each morning. Great location in Cedar Key and walkable to restarants. Great place for a laid vack stay. Owners were very responsive with any qurstions.

Great getaway

The property location was perfect for us. A quiet area close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The views were incredible, we had a full moon over the water one evening that was spectacular! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Adam was very attentive and easy to reach if needed.

Peaceful Paradise

Best place I have ever stayed in Cedar Key. Hated to leave and look forward to coming back!!!! You only need to bring clothes and a toothbrush. I had everything I needed there.

4 Day Get Away

The condo was great. Right by by the water with waves lapping on the rocks. Ready walk to downtown for access to bars, restaurants, shopping. Quaint community with great places to eat. Island House restaurant was outstanding. Also enjoyed 83.

Loved the town, loved the townhouse. Only negative thing it was very hot there and the 3rd floor where kitchen and family room were located was warm.

The location is amazing. The view from the decks of Cedar Key sunrises can’t be beat!

The location is perfect. All three floors have decks. Truly, you are sitting on the Gulf of Mexico enjoying the ocean, the birds, and seeing a dolphin or two. Kayaking is great from here. We were here the month of Feb and enjoyed every day.

Great family vacation

The condo was great. Very clean. Lots of room in each bedroom. Great room was plenty big for 6 people. Kitchen had all necessary items to cook with. Was nice to be able to fish right from bottom floor. Would stay again for sure

Cedar Key Getaway

Great location…the management team was fantastic…very clean. There was construction in the building and the unit due to previous hurricane damage but the crew was very nice and they made sure they kept the noise to a minimum and never too early. Glad to see the area recovering from the hurricane. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Decent if close quarters

This was a decent place with comfortable chairs and a good balcony. Everything works. One bedroom was small and dark. Manager was responsive and helpful. Parking OK. No sunset or sunrise view. We would stay again.

Great first trip to cedar Key

The home was wonderful and Katie & Adam were excellent hosts. Communication was great - questions were always answered within an hour. The home was beautiful, very clean and probably one of the best stocked properties we have ever stayed in - you will need nothing else for your stay. And the location was perfect - wonderful waterfront views from every floor and walking distance to everything in town. Already planing our next trip. Thank you Katie & Adam!

what a view

The breeze condo is very well stocked and has a view that is outstanding. The location is an easy walk to the downtown area and small public beach. We stayed 4 days and didn't get in our vehicle the entire time. The only drawback would be the parking is very limited and would not be suited for anyone challenged by stairs.

Property and scenery is absolutle breathtaking!

Overlooking the gulf! Saw dolphins every day! The July 4 fireworks were amazing! Management was amazing! Property was very clean and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked! My only drawback (i am 72) was i didnt read carefully and missed the 'three story' ...33 stairs from door to kitchen on the top floor. However we had an amazing time!
