Studio 589 is beautiful! Wife and I enjoyed Valentines escape. Perfect location in downtown, everything is walkable. We will be back!

Island getaway

Loved our stay. Absolutely stunning studio downtown Cedar Key. Beautifully decorated, nice open living room kitchen, comfortable beds and nice balcony with downtown view. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, marina and park. Also enjoyed a nice little hike on the Cedar Key Railroad Trestle nature trail.

Relax and Be Happy!

Relaxed place to stay. No matter if you're watching TV, having a snack at the bar, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the gentle breeze and people watching! You'll probably get a friendly wave and a big smile from the locals. Beds are very comfortable. Pelican Realty can answer all of your questions about Cedar Key. Our favorite little island!

Weekend Getaway

Very lovey studio. I would never call this a studio. It was fantastic. Two levels. Quiet, comfortable. Very impressive. Close to everything. When you rent this be sure to rent a golf cart at the same time you will want one. Restaurant row was great. Really relaxing.

We have enjoyed several VRBO stays but this one was something special. The apartment was clean, nicely stocked and located in the heart of Cedar Key. We recommend it highly and hope to return in the future.

Escape to old Florida

We live in the Tampa Bay area but once a year we visit Cedar Key to get away. This year it poured rain all weekend but we had a relaxing time anyway. The location is great, the apartment is precious and the seafood is great. Couldn't ask for more.

Awesome getaway spot!

Great property. Comfortable furnishings and spaces. Very bright and light and airy. Fantastic balcony for happy hour and people watching. Very clean and modern. Loved it all. Only issues was some spotty wifi but that was not even a big deal. Easy to deal with the managers. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

We spent a relaxing 8 nights and really got to know the history and the people of Cedar Key. The home was beautiful with a upper deck that overlooked all the street and businesses in the area. We did some cooking so all of the kitchen items were very appreciated. Our bed was comfortable and the soft linens felt like home. We had some trouble with the television but management was quick to assist and was very concerned about our satisfaction. It was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place

This is not our first trip to Cedar Key, but is our first stay at this most perfect and beautiful place. There were no missed details, and everything was on point to really enjoy our stay here. We loved the balcony space and ability to people watch and enjoy the quiet and morning sunrise.

OASIS IN DOWNTOWN

One word, FABULOUS. Spacious, COMFY beds, CLEAN, nice furnishings, and everything you need in the kitchen and some. And that balcony.....loved it. Have been to Cedar Key many times (about 15) and stayed in a variety of places but this is MY new favorite and I usually get to pick. Great communication with property management. Even though we love Cedar Key, I'm a city girl and this place provided the urban fix I need. Don't let the street parking or grassy walk to get in deter you, it's all good. Will definitely be back.
