"Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to use suitcases. Closets were big and wonderful but no shelving. Had no garage pickup for 2 weeks ( we were there 3 weeks). Owner said he would take care of but it wasn’t in a timely manner. Hopefully...

"I came to town with a conference with some colleagues and we decided to stay here. We were impressed by the cleanliness, and all our needs (towels, shower gel, pots and pans, washer/dryer etc) were met. "This was a super cool place. The upstairs room with projector was the highlight. The location was supreme for this area (The river in the back yard plus its on a dead end road and crops across the street). Why 4 stars not 5? Easy fix in my view. Floors were filthy the moment we walked in. My sons feet were black within 5 minutes. The stairs seemed to be an issue from previos reviews and description - but they were BAD. "This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro."

"Excellent property felt like we were living in a new home. Everything was well maintained and super clean, everything worked as it should and no issues or problems at all. Location is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants and easy to get in and out of. It was really nice to be able to pull into the garage and shut the door although I would not be worried about the neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful all around."
