"Such a beautiful place!"

"My family (wife and 3 kids), my mom, and two family friends joined us for a week. We had a fantastic time. The house is by no means perfect (its older, a sink started to leak and had to be fixed, doors can be very tight), but the value you get is fantastic, it was clean, the AC was COLD, and you will not find better caretakers than Kodi and Shane (an eariler review mentions that Kodi came back recently due to issues with the prior caretakers). Will, the owner, put me in contact with Kodi a...

"I thought it was walking distance from downtown San Pedro and you COULD walk it but wouldnt want to especially at night. If you stay here get a golf cart and really pay attention on how you got there. Directions on google maps at night are noy very good. It was really cheap....get what u pay for!"

The room was cleaned regularly. Our shower was outside under a tree. Which was pretty cool."

The place could benefit from some updating , the pictures look better than the actual state of the furnishing. One of the bathroom does not have a shower curtain which is not super easy to shower ( you have to either be careful or sit in the bathtub) plus if you are tall you will touch the ceiling ( my son is 6’2 he had to do some bending). The...
