A spacious and bright apartment of approximately 115 square meters with two balconies, accommodating up to 6 people, located on the sixth floor of a historic building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment boasts views of Mount Etna to the north and of the sea and part of the city to the south. It is strategically located in a quiet neighborhood with all amenities and is well-connected to the city center.

The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite).



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (three-burner gas stove and one electric hotplate, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, electric oven, microwave, juicer, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, two sofas, 22-inch TV, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, access to the balcony, and PRIVATE BATHROOM (with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet);

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and crib/toddler bed;

- BEDROOM III with two single beds, closet, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TWO BALCONIES with a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split system in bedroom I and the living room), washing machine (on the balcony), fan, desk, mosquito screens (bathroom windows), high chair, safe, coat rack, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Please note that there is a step leading to both bathrooms.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EUR 25

From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 30

Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for a fee.

Airbnb automatically charges the tourist tax. Please note that you should request an exemption from Airbnb itself if you are a resident of Catania or if you have children under the age of 16, as in those cases you are not required to pay it.



In the event of improper waste disposal—as explained during check-in—a €150 fine will be charged.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night.



The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Catania, equipped with all major amenities, including bars, supermarkets, post offices, takeout pizzerias, and a pharmacy. In addition, the area is well-served by public transportation, allowing you to quickly reach the city’s historic center and its attractions, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Saint Agatha, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman Theater, the Vincenzo Bellini Opera House, and the garden of the same name.



To reach the main points of interest:

- Roman Theater: 19 minutes by public transportation;

- Piazza del Duomo and the Cathedral of Saint Agatha: 20 minutes by public transportation;

- Benedictine Monastery: 20 minutes by public transportation;

- Ursino Castle: 22 minutes by public transportation;

- Vincenzo Bellini Teatro Massimo: 25 minutes by public transportation;

- La Playa Beach: 15 minutes by car (9 km).
