An elegant apartment of approximately 80 square meters, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a historic building (a few steps to enter). The property is located in the historic center of Catania, a 5-minute walk from Castello Ursino and the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, and a short distance from all major attractions.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private garden.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, 55-inch flat-screen TV, table and chairs, split air conditioning, and a small balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, dining table, and access to the garden;

- SMALL GARDEN with table, chairs, and exercise equipment;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, dresser, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with a double sofa bed and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heat pump air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

High chair and travel crib available in the apartment.



PLEASE NOTE: There are steps inside the apartment and to access the small garden.

The split air conditioner in Bedroom II is NOT working.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax (€2.00 per person per night) via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EUR 25

From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 30

Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for a fee.



If waste is not disposed of properly in accordance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of €150 will be charged.
