"Rooms were on 3rd floor and only 1 room of the 2 we got had a fan. Windows only open slightly and unfortunately it was in the 80s when we were there. I would ask if there is a fan in your room for sure."

"Caveat emptor! It’s been a while since i have even seen an actual double bed, let alone have to squeeze into one with my partner. Usually when a hotel advertises a double bed, they mean a queen, or even a king. We paid €240 ($400 CDN) for that dubious privilege. If you need to spread out a bit, as we do, it’s not acceptable. Way overpriced. That said, the host was hospitable, the included breakfast good and the location central."

"There was no specific address in Expedia, so Google maps took us to a residential area about a km from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel was on the same road, so it was easy to see after driving further. Once there, the check in was easy and the hotel was very quiet. The service was good and the bar and restaurant were nice. "

"Our best stay in Ireland. We stayed in the Tobin Collection. Very large room and closet. Great bathroom. Pool open for very large part of the day. Great breakfast. Parking on site was a great bonus."

"Breakfast was adequate but the fried breakfast items were not the best. For example Clonakilty Black Pudding and Rashers are available in this area readily.The bacon used was very dry. Try using fresh available fruit, the Melon was hard and dry.The fried eggs are still overdone(I stayed here before) no change there. Bar had a good pint of Guinness but the soft drinks only sold Fanta products which are not the best. Most hotels in Munster use C and C Club orange drinks vastly superior. Very Hot...

"This boutique hotel was outstanding. The rooms are large, the king size bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also large and very clean. The breakfasts are outstanding, second to none. Great service from the staff as well. I highly recommend Perryview House."

"The hotel and staff are lovely. It is very out of the way (which is the point) but surrounded by amazing views of the mountains and lakes. Very serene and quiet. Just the place to unwind, enjoy some solitude with nature and Some lovely meals. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone."

"The hotel runs with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. The staff are polite and very attentive while the food is to a very high standard overall. Our room was cosy and clean, although the absence of a lift can prove problematic for anyone with a disability. Well located, the hotel affords easy access to the surrounding area. Overall, the hotel exudes a homely feel, offering good food, attentive service and comfortable accommodation."
