"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr Consiglio vivamente anche ristorante “ la biga” a pochi passi, gentilissimo e molto preparato ristoratore( prenotate per tempo!!) "De accommodatie was prima, maar wij hadden een kamer met balkon geboekt en dat heeft Expedia niet doorgegeven! Daardoor verbleven wij in een kamer grenzend aan de ingang bij de receptie, waardoor veel lawaai! Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar Expedia valt zeer veel te verwijten!"
