TD Villa Luna Trulli with Large Pool

Immersed in the silence of the Castellana Grotte countryside, this charming stone villa with trullo and lamia gently dominates the Apulian landscape, among olive trees, dry stone walls and Mediterranean scents. Entirely fenced and surrounded by a large garden, it offers privacy, tranquility and convenient indoor parking.
The rooms tell the authentic charm of the local tradition. The villa includes two double bedrooms, one of which is kept in the characteristic trullo and overlooking the pool, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and a kitchen equipped with a fireplace. There is no lack of major amenities and Wi-Fi.
Outside, a large pergola invites you to enjoy slow breakfasts, lunches in the shade and dinners under the starry sky. The relaxation area with sofas and the outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue and pizza oven, make every moment pleasant and convivial. There is also a second bathroom and a laundry room.
The heart of the property is the private pool, framed by a lawn and a large solarium with sun loungers. Inside the pool, a spectacular waterfall like water adds a suggestive touch to the environment. The outdoor shower and the shaded area with sofas complete this pleasant relaxing corner, ideal for indulging in the slow pace of summer.
The location is perfect for visiting the famous Castellana Caves and reaching Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and the villages of the Itria Valley, discovering an Puglia made of light, sea, flavors and ancient traditions.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
