"La habitación superior es muy pequeña , el aire acondicionado lo tienen limitado , hay q pedir q lo dejen encendido porque sino se corta cada 2 minutos y hay q volver a encender . La TV no funcionaba , se le dijo al personal pero nunca lo solucionaron . Para un hotel 5 estrellas y con tantos galardones ..."

"We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice"
