    As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

    Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home.
    For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us.

    • Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 14 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers.
    • No pets allowed.
    • Parking: no more than 8 cars
    • No Shoes Indoors – Please remove shoes upon entry to maintain the cleanliness of the home.
    • Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away.
    • No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown.
    • Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10AM.
    • Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors.
    • There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely.
    • There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
    • The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
    • For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
    • Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
    • No video productions without written consent from the property owner.
    • If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.

    It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

    🚤 Water Safety Guidelines – Enjoy Responsibly
    We want all guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience while enjoying the Lake. Please follow these Lake safety guidelines to ensure a fun and responsible stay.
    - No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim, boat, and kayak at your own risk.
    - Supervision Required – Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the river.
    - No Diving or Jumping – The Lake depth can be unpredictable. Diving or jumping in is strictly prohibited.
    - Use Caution When Entering the Water – Rocks, currents, and uneven terrain may be present. Always enter the water slowly and carefully.
    - Life Jackets Recommended – It is strongly advised to wear a life jacket while boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding.
    - No Alcohol While Boating or Swimming – Alcohol impairs judgment and increases risk—please stay alert and responsible.
    - Be Aware of Boat Traffic – The Lake is an active waterway. Watch for boats and always give them the right of way.
    - Follow Local Boating Laws – If using a boat or personal watercraft, be sure to adhere to all Michigan water safety regulations.
    - Keep the Lake Clean – Dispose of all trash in designated bins to protect wildlife and the natural beauty of the river.
    - No Smoking Near the River – To prevent litter and fire hazards, smoking near the shoreline is discouraged.
    - Emergency? Call 911 – If someone is in distress, immediately call 911 and notify the property manager.

    Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.

    The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. It’s a gem!

We had such a great, relaxing, fun family weekend here! House was so cute and clean and well appointed. There were 13 of us with children, teens, adults and was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

I left a review already, but I can say it again here they left no stone unturned when packing the home with amenities and small surprises for a fun trip. The home was amazing. Great for water activities, fishing, boating, and outdoor lounging.

The property was as described and pictured. It was clean and comfortable for everyone, and everyone enjoyed the sun room. We didn’t make use of the lake accommodations due to our other plans, but they were very nice and we would return to do so in the future.
