"Very clean house that has been nicely updated. Owner was very responsive and the neighborhood was quite nice. One note, the neighbors are lite sleepers and are not shy about letting you know if youre too loud. LOL. just a heads up!"

"Miriam’s home was beautiful. When we pulled in to neighborhood, we were excited to see all the Amish nearby. We were pleasantly surprised. We were living amongst them. The home was delightful. When we walked into the house, it was so inviting, We thought we’d want to be in town exploring the whole time but instead we didn’t want to leave the house. "This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. "The house was so clean, comfortable, and the pontoon boat was an added bonus. The fire pit was also an excellent addition. The garage with the extra refrigerator was great for larger groups to store all our excess food and drinks. Definitely would recommend this rental house and we will definitely be coming back to Jarvis Lake. "

"The pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful place and on the lake a short walk around a house between us and the lake. Round Lake is beautiful and clear and fun. Rented a pontoon boat and a tube from Slates Boat Rentals (on FB) and it was lots of fun for my family (20, 18, and 12 yr old boys). Walking distance from ice cream, two breweries, grocery store, etc. Short drive to Lake Michigan beaches and sand dunes. We'll be back for sure. Great communication with the owner, too."

"We were in South Bend for a soccer game at Notre Dame Stadium (Celtic 4, Chelsea 1, C'mon the Hoops!). The location is perfect for any event on campus. A short walk/Uber to the campus and food/entertainment. The house is clean, the beds are comfy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. "

"Beautiful property with nice amenities. I did not understand that the showers and most bedrooms are all upstairs. So if anyone in your group is disabled, they will not be able to shower. There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings."
