We just got back from an amazing stay at the Lake Arrowhead cabin, and it was absolutely spectacular. The home had everything you could possibly need - a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, and a big table that was perfect for family game nights. The setting was gorgeous, and what really made it special were all the lake activities- the pontoon boat, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and even water bikes. The location of the home couldn’t have been better - you just walk right down the stairs to this beautiful lakeside deck and property. Communication with Rob was top-notch from start to finish, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. It was truly an incredible week, and we look forward to a future stay there!

Great stay. This is our second time staying at Robs VRBO and we can’t wait to come back. Everything as described. Love the extras including kayaks, canoe, paddleboard and hydro bikes. Kitchen well stocked as we cooked everyday. Great to have 2 types of coffee pots. Loved seeing deer in yard everyday. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is the second summer our group has rented this house and our fourth summer on Lake Arrowhead. Things we love about this property: house is always very clean, kitchen is fully stocked, two refrigerators for food storage one inside and one in the garage, four full bathrooms, mostly flat yard with easy access to the lake, weeklong boat rental, tons of lake toys, comfortable beds, and beautiful views. Things we didn’t love : going home. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect stay!

This home has the best location we have stayed at on Lake Arrowhead! The dock is easy to get to, the views are absolutely amazing! We had a few small concerns that were quickly handled by the owner who was very kind, quick to respond and went above and beyond! The fishing was awesome too! The only complaint I would have if you can call it that, is that due to pine straw laid underneath and all around the fire pit we did not feel safe using it. This home is SO MUCH BIGGER than the pics make it appear! There is so much room! We are a family of 6 and we have small kids and teenagers, we were able to spread them out accordingly! If this home is available our next trip, we will ABSOLUTELY choose to stay here again!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! Even with the cold temps the last 2 days, and a full day of rain, we had such a wonderful stay! The checkers table was an absolute hit for the entire family!

Location sells this rental

Location is great, house itself needs work/upgrades for the cost you pay. Disappointed when leaving and taking down sheets from beds the comforters had large yellow stains on them. Very disgusted to see what the family was sleeping on all week.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at your house. The house was very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable. The view of the cove was awesome, especially early in the morning. We saw a couple of deer wandering through the back yard. Hope the next time we stay, we can stay longer and enjoy all the amenities.

Birthday celebrations

Very nice property. Beautiful view. Very narrow spiral staircase going downstairs. No door inside to get to hot tub. You have to go outside to access. Kids loved it and used it often. Water pressure in showers not very good. My only major negative would be all the “don’t do this” and “don’t do that” signs all over the place. A little intimidating. Overall, a good time was had by all. It was too cold to sleep enjoy the lake toys.

Lake Retreat

Beautiful, peaceful, and playful place to stay. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the hydro bikes, kayaks, and canoes. The smokeless fire pit and hot tub were added fun for the whole family. Oh and let’s not forget all the arcade games & darts. It was also nice to be 1 hour from all kinds of places to visit. We did Amicalola Falls State Park, Six Flags, and Atlantic Square. Can’t wait to come back.

Lake Arrowhead is special

Beautiful, comfortable home, very well furnished with kitchen supplies, laundry& especially kayaks, canoe & hydro bikes & swimming pool access were enjoyed. Balcony with table/chairs in the shade overlooking the lake & watching deer family browsing the front yard in the evening. Large tv screen to watch the Olympics. A lovely week well spent with family.

Lots of Amenities

25mins to main town of Canton which has a cute town and lots of big block stores shops (Walmart, target, publix, etc). The house is great!- two bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. Kids loved the old school video games. We had a fire one night. The lake is very calm, not huge but big enough to venture out. We went kayaking, canoeing, hydrobiking (my kids couldn't reach the pedals (6yrs and 10yrs but they sat on the sides and went with me), paddle board. We fished off the dock and caught some small fish. Hubs went out in canoe and kayak but didn't catch anything big. Kitchen has basic necessities- has both keurig and reg coffee maker. The view is incredible. The water at dock was about 3-3.5 feet - muddy/slimy on the bottom - bring water shoes! We used the hot tub and it was perfect for four of us. There are LOTS of deer. They are so calm and very friendly, they wonder around the property- kids loved watching them from the deck. We didn't go to the clubhouse or marina or any trails but definitely next time. The pictures don't do the place justice! It is one of the best locations on the lake and the property is great. Great backyard, lots of privacy and just set back enough but still great views. Also, the stairs in the backyard to get to the water are minimal, just typical one level - (some of the houses have very steep and lots of stairs) FYI- our cell service was poor and barely could get service in the house. text and wifi were fine!

The house was amazing and being right on the lake was great. We loved having the boat for the week and the kids loved the kayaks, canoe, paddle board and the water bikes were a big hit. Everyone had a great time fishing, swimming and just hanging out at the house.

Lazy Days on Lake Arrowhead

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lakefront home, and it was an unforgettable experience! The stunning property, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, offered everything we could have hoped for in a vacation home and more. The house comfortably accommodated our group of eight. With four bedrooms and four full baths, we never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable, and the fully stocked kitchen and grill made meal prep a breeze. The game room was a big hit, and the six-person hot tub was another favorite. The outdoor space was fantastic. The home had over 120 feet of lakefront, providing breathtaking views and easy access to the water. We spent our days swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the dock. We explored the lake on two hydrobikes, a canoe, a paddleboard, and two kayaks; don’t miss what we dubbed Bird Island! We also took advantage of the boat rental option and spent a few days cruising around on the 20-foot pontoon. We were greeted by deer, including two newly-born fawns, daily and saw various birds, turtles, squirrels, chipmunks, and even a water snake. Be sure to check out the Tellus Science Museum in Cartersville and grab some good eats at Fire It Up BBQ, Perrotta’s Pizza, and Giggle Monster Craft Donuts. The hosts were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this lakefront home; we can’t wait to return!

Clean

This place is the cleanest Vrbo home I’ve stayed at, they are on top of it. The location is perfect, the views were amazing, super quiet, had all necessities needed for the lake life, just pull up and enjoy. used the canoe the most and caught dozens of bass all around the lake from the canoe everyday. Great fishery if you’re into fishing. Caught several bass around the dock also, we didn’t even leave the cabin or lake area the entire trip. Every day a dozen deer would show up to visit. This place is the whole package if a lake getaway is what you’re looking for. Can’t wait to come back. Can’t get over how clean the place was, truly that clean.

Perfect, tranquil lake house retreat!

Even nicer than the pictures!! So roomy and relaxing! And the view was absolutely beautiful! So enjoyed everything about this place. Has everything you need. During my stay with my mostly adult and teenage children, we enjoyed playing their board games, foosball, video gaming, hot tubbing, fishing, kayaking, hydro biking, grilling , sunbathing and s’more making, as well as hiking and pickleballing! We will definitely be back next year.
