It is older and the beds were not very comfortable for us, but that could just be preference since we sleep on a Purple mattress at home. One room felt like a converted carport and stayed cooler than the rest of the house. "The townhouse is very nice and spacious. A living area and a den allowed my son and i each our own space. The beds are very comfortable, a pet peave of mine. And tge master bath very nice with a big walk in shower. I wish i could have stayed longer"
