"Friendly welcome, check-in desk in an awkward place, feel like your in the way of the bar staff or customers queuing the bar. Causing an obstruction with suitcases for someone wherever you stand.
Room spacious and clean, plenty of tea, cofee milk etc provided.
Had dinner, which was good and even had a go at the quiz!
Breakfast the following morning was ok. There seemed to be some sort of staff meeting going on at one part of the dining room, and so there wasnt much instruction on what to do with...

"I love staying here, it’s my go to place. I was a little disappointed this time, stayed in room 22 on second floor. Room was clean, but the window was not able to stay open, so it was unbearably hot in the room, and just got hotter at night. It could do with at least two more plug sockets, as two were taken up by the fans we had to plug in and have on continuously. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but others may prefer that. Staff were lovely and helpful as usual. I will be...

"The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit."

"Room 3 Curtains not blinds that flap about even when windows closed. Bright lights outside makes it then flashing the room.
Poor outdated bathroom with bad bath shower. Water not hot.
Noise from interlocking bathroom next door. No sound proofing. Girl in reception was very good, welcoming and helpful. "

"Very beautiful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Definitely worth the value! It was very Cosy, and when lighting the fire it heated up the whole pod very easily! Hot tub was really relaxing, easy steps and instructions on how to use it and the fireplace. Each pod had box’s for you to buy wood from by scanning the QR code so no need to leave your pod!! The pod came with a very nice bed and lovely bedding! Soft pillows and duvet. Tv provided with channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. Very cosy at night...

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...

"Very easy to check in and out, everything looked just like the pictures, cafe next door and a bar/restaurant a few doors down.
There was only 2 chairs around the breakfast bar but 4 place mats so I’m not sure how a family of 4 like us where meant to eat together
There was also no lamp in the downstairs bedroom which isn’t a massive deal but it would have been nice to have some form of light in the evening/night without having the big light on
The tv was oddly placed in the living...

"Temperatura de la habitación: -50ºC. Para dormir en manga larga+sudadera + tapado hasta el cuello. Hacía muchísimo frío. Mal olor en los pasillos. Pasillos laberínticos, con malos olores. Moqueta que daba grima. El el baño no cabía de pie, y en la ducha, casi no puedes ni girarte de tan pequeña que es. Insonorización inexistente. En la recepción los pies se quedaban pegados al suelo. Desayuno muy escaso, muy poca variedad.
Lo único aceptable, la comodida de la cama era buena.

"The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted.
The problem was with their check in procedure.
Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling.
After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered.
Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...
