A lovely family concerned accommodation top notch, the atmosphere in the bar restaurant could not be faltered the staff were absolutely top draw every single one of them, all seemed to be very much invested in every aspect of this business..

Good basic accommodation to rear of pub. Convenient for food and helpful access from parking along road to rear. Some basics missing for self catering breakfast even if only with a microwave and toaster - such as tea towel, washing up brush

Very happy customer what a lovely place to stay very clean, lovely room and furnishings little kitchenette with microwave and toaster free teas, coffee, hot chocolate fresh milk and orange juice in fridge very friendly staff we would definitely stay again

Lovely rooms with pleany of space. Food was good The only downside is that the restaurant wasnt open Monday and tuesday night I would definitely stay again

Amazing , room was spacious with a sofa, tv and very comfortable bed . All brand new and clean , hidden behind the pub making it quiet . Food and drink in the pub were brilliant ,as were the staff . Will definitely bed staying again in the future

Well appointed accommodation

Stayed for two nights as attending a function locally. Accommodation perfect for us. Well appointed studio with en-suite shower/wc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Own entrance to rear of pub. Street parking plentiful and free. Pub restaurant had tasteful decor, friendly staff and good food. This would make an ideal base for touring south Lincolnshire or north west Norfolk.

The rooms are gorgeous. They are in a small courtyard. Lounge area with TV and kitchen area with kettle and toaster. Plus fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. Small dining table and chairs. No cooking facilities but great if you want a takeaway.

Wow! What a super nice place to stay, a very friendly welcome in the bar and the pub is lovely with a nice ambience. The rooms are round the back and in effect a bedroom apartment like a mini suite complete with kitchen facilities and a lovely small modern bathroom with walk in shower. The whole thing is very nice, tasteful and well thought out, comfortable and homely. Would definitely stay again.

The chalet was excellent value. With a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen area we were very happy. There is a kettle and toaster and all you need to make a basic breakfast. We had an evening meal in the pub. It was a grill night but they were prepared to cater for vegetarians. The staff were very helpful but also discreet. A very happy stay. Immaculate place to get your head down.

Amazing place. Very comfortable bed and lovely lady who was very friendly and showed me to my room. Only “issue” which isn’t the places fault is fan was so weak was like a mouse coughing. Also annoying fly was relentless and kept landing on my face and nose during night but can hardly blame the pub for that. Also found a couple of red spider might things but apparently they are money spiders ? Again can’t blame the pub for this “issue” decent coffee bags supplied also GIANT cookie was offered although was a bit bland and boring to eat was a nice gesture. Also a bottle of orange juice and milk supplied which was nice surprise. Unfortunately no breakfast available so had to settle for Tesco meal deal lol

Some points were potentially lost as the times set for the central heating to come on in the morning were late compared to the outside temperature. A request was made and swiftly dealt with to rectify while also providing a fan heater as additional and backup option. Otherwise, the accomodation was recently modernised, clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Although breakfast was not available, there were Tea/Coffee making facilities with bottles of fresh orange juice and milk stocked in the fridge together with a toaster, cereal bowls and cutlery allowing a degree of self catering. Restaurant facilities for evening neals were available though we did not use on this occassion. We would happily stay here again.
