Our apartment is located in a substantially finished area, so noise exposure may be much lower than in other areas and apartments.

Currently, the residential complex does not offer food or beverage services. Therefore, guests are encouraged to shop for groceries during their stay or plan to go out and enjoy the dining options available in the surrounding area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment for your convenience. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals.

Main property policies:
Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed.
All guests must present government-issued identification for entry.
If minors are staying unaccompanied by their parents, they must present a notarized permit signed by the parents.
Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and evaluation after the initial request.
