This was an emergency one night stop. We are not hot springs people. If you are, it would be an amazing retreat. Buildings are old and very quaint. The staff was amazing. It was clean and quiet.

The Hot Springs were wonderful and the rooms and hot tub clean. The bath house and lobby area need to be remodel. But it seems the building is being remodeled in phases so hopefully next time I am there it will be finished. Food at the golf course was great.

We had a large, clean and comfortable room with only minor complaints about storage, hooks and work space. The hot springs pool was great!

Literally the only thing I can even complain about, which was hard to do, is the fact you get 4-5 channels to watch on the TV when you try and unwind from the day. Not even a big complaint, was just weird

A fantastic location for a quick get away weekend that's only a short drive from Portland. Definitely plan ahead for where you will be getting meals as many places close around 7 or 8 pm

I love Carson, have been coming for years. It’s a beautiful, peaceful space in a rustic area. The property has been upgraded and I truly appreciate the attention, it’s still not resort status but I don’t want it to be. It’s clean, comfortable and peaceful. The staff was the best- very friendly and welcoming. It was like catching up with friends, we had walked around the property and enjoyed the ambiance. We enjoyed the pool and the fresh towels. I went in for a soak and wrap in the morning and left the resort feeling refreshed and relaxed

One of the front desk clerks was minimally welcoming and almost rude about a request for an early check in. The other clerk was much more friendly and helpful. The bathhouse attendant was gracious even though she was working non-stop - I was most appreciative of her professionalism. There were no robes provided - they should have been in the closet.

We had a very relaxing weekend hanging out at the mineral spa and exploring the area. The only drawback was a very loud party of mid 20's ish people in the mineral spa one night, but we just went back to our room to relax.
