We got food at the pizza place next door and I had the BEST meatball sub! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog along on our trip as he can be very anxious when we are away. "The house is how it looks, very clean and although small it is perfect for a group 4. The covered deck is great and we needed it as it rained both days we were there. However we were able to play cards. You could easily walk to Drifters restaurant/bar from there and the another half mile you are in the middle of Grafton."

"The cottage is fantastic! The views from the deck or the screened porch are great. The interior seems to have been recently updated. Very clean and comfy.It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also walking distance to the Aerie Skylift and winery. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We would definetly stay there again."

"Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it."

Stairs are kind of steep if you have someone with mobility issues but they have their other 1 story property too. I walked past it during a hike and it also looks lovely.
