"This property has a deck that faces Elk horn Ave. It was great to place to sit after daily activities and people watch or take in the views. It does have a great location and a nice building, def plenty of room for 2 people. Pack a sleep mask for your eyes because there is a skylight above the bed that is very bright. We did find one that was provided in a bathroom drawer but we had luckily brought some. Overall a beautiful property and a fantastic location. "

"This place has everything! Perfect location, great property, fantastic amenities. Although I was in town for a business trip, this would be the perfect spot for a ski trip- and that hot tub was the icing on the cake! "

"In town for a wedding. Everything went great and the rental was perfect for our family."

"The condo is very close to the park entrance yet far enough from busy roads to be very quiet. The small swimming pool was great for cooling off after hiking. "

"Great property for a family. Very roomy! Suggest taking extra towels and washcloths, extra toilet paper (theirs is not great) and extra basic kitchen necessities. "

"Spent 2 days in Rocky Mountain National Park, ate dinner downtown 3 nights and was able to walk to restaurants. Parking was mostly convenient, one night it was an issue, but had parking pass for the lot across the street."

"We loved our stay. We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues. "

"What an amazing place to stay in Lincoln city!We arrived tired from a long drive to the coast and immediately got a second wind after checking in because the place was just as described.Beautiful and clean house, views were spectacular. Our host was quick to respond to a question I had the next day.Our family enjoyed walking the beach ,flying kites and relaxing on the deck.We had strong winds the first 2 days we were there but there was so much to do that it didn’t matter too much! Wonderful...

"We spent 5 days at this loft. Excellent location, clean unit and lots of adventures from this great base camp."

"Property was as listed. Close to RMNP entrance. Easy walk to shops and places to eat. The parking was a bit funky but that was in part to how the first person to park there parked their vehicle. We parked in the town lot right across the street with no problems ( we did display the parking placard that was provided)"
