Overall our family had a great stay. We had 3 adults and 1 grade schooler. The pull out couch worked well for my 20 year old sister and the air mattress worked well for our 8 year old. My wife and I slept in the bedroom. Our family didn’t spent much time in the unit since we were there to ski and be outside. There is a general store just feet away from the lodge entrance and that was nice. We were able to grab breakfast items there. The unit included a large locker for skis and equipment as the equipment is not allowed in the room. Our stay was at the end of March and it was unusually warm. The unit does NOT have AC so we opened the balcony door and a window. You definitely pay for location as the village is right outside the door. There are no streets to cross to get to the village. This was significant to us because our 8 year old is not too careful watching for traffic. There was little chance for an early check in without booking the night before. Our family rode the ski train in and had kill about 6 hours before checkin. The front desk had an area we could leave our luggage while our family explored.
