Carrabelle R&R

Our stay at Bluewater Breeze was very enjoyable. The central location allowed us to easily visit St George Isl., Cape San Blas and Apalachicola. We especially enjoyed walking on McKissack Beach, just 1.3 miles from the condo. The condo itself was immaculately clean and well furnished in all respects. The hosts were very informative as to directions and highlights of the area, as well as the three flights of stairs, common to many beach properties. There were no surprises. We highly recommend this property and it's hosts, Abby and Steve.

Good place to use as a fishing base camp

This was our second time staying here, and we will probably be back next year. The condo is comfortable, and the location is convenient for launching and docking a boat. The only caution I have - the dock did not have power or water available for our stay - it is rigged for both, but under repair (presumably due to the last hurricane).

Such an amazing stay at this condo and perfect location with boating facilities. The host thought of very detail and goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, with a food pantry and toiletry cabinet in each bathroom to cover you for emergency supplies that you may have not brought or picked up at the store.

Really nice setup, but be prepared to climb some stars. The most comfortable queen size bed I've ever slept on. Easy access to anything you want or need.

Nice time in Carrabelle!

We had a lovely time in this well-appointed, correctly-described and conveniently-located property. The folks next door in 313 are actually very lovely and shared their oysters with us! They just rightly would like renters to respect their property. There are plenty of supplies in this condo and we enjoyed our stay! Recommend strongly staying here if you want to enjoy the Forgotten Coast. Thank you!

Low shower/water pressure, non working hot tub

The unit was nice but the complex is poorly run. The shower had very low water pressure and only had hot water no cold making it tricky to take a shower. We informed the owner that the hot tub did not work. The temperature was mid 80s and the jets did not work. The owner said she would contact the HOA to have them look into it. It was not fixed during our stay and no one contacted us as to why. The unit was well stocked which is nice to have the basics like salt, pepper, coffee etc. it also had some dry good but we did not use them. The kayaks are not usable without life jackets. Overall I don’t think we will be back to this complex

Forgotten Coast Trip to Remember

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bluewater Breeze in Carrabelle. It is the perfect vacation home in a perfect vacation location. We marveled at how central we were to everything. We would go a little ways East or West and find so much to do and see. Beaches, shops, restaurants, hiking trails. And the town itself took care of all our needs. The condo was perfect for us - comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, screened in lanai. We were so happy to be guests here.

Nice place for a fishing getaway

Some of the spaces are a bit tight (especially the bathrooms), and there are quite a few stairs - but this is pretty normal for the houses along the river from what I have seen. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, and the dock was convenient.

Too Many Steps

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we didn’t realize there were 4 flights of steps. We are older and one has bad knees so won’t return. Also description as on the water is true if you have a boat. Nowhere to go sit on the water as we thought. Tried to contact owners once as we forgot code and no response but luckily we found it. If we were much younger I would stay here again.
