"This was out first visit to SGI and we loved it! The condo was in a perfect location with a great view of the pool and beach. The property manager, Jenny, was so helpful. We got a flat tire and I emailed looking for advice on where to go for repairs and she called immediately and was willing to personally take our tire for repairs. "The accomodations were very nice. The view is lovely from the living area. The pool was nice and clean. Everything was spotless and tip-top in the condo. The location worked well for us. We wanted to be between Tallahassee and the beach. We didn't take advantage of the bike trails, but I highly recommend taking a bicycle."

"Property was awesome and perfect for what I was looking for. Very nice and comfortable unit. Will definitely be looking and inquiring on renting this place again in the future and will always check on this unit before any others for sure. It was just myself and my 7 month old little boy and his first time to the beach and seeing the ocean and playing in the sand. He loved it and was so fun to watch. I really really appreciate the opportunity to visit and stay in your place."

"We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞"
