This property was everything I was hoping for to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday with the kids and grandkids. It was simply fabulous and the owner was so responsive to anything we needed, including jumper cables when my daughter's car didn't start as she was leaving. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying here. We will be coming back!

Great Family Getaway

Many amenities, all of which were working well. beautiful site, view of mountains and ocean. Facilities well maintained and working well. A person walked us through everything--where and how to use, absolutely necessary.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We spent Christmas week at the property with a family group of 9 adults and 3 children. The house and guest house are very spacious, clean and well stocked. What makes this property so special are the grounds and serene mountain views. We loved exploring the expansive gardens, fruit trees and chicken coop and spent many hours relaxing at the heated pool and around the firepit. Paradise Retreats made check in easy and addressed a couple of maintenance issues promptly. Highly recommended!!

The perfect family getaway

There were 14 of us, four generations, 4 months to 85 years and this property accommodated us all. We enjoyed.... Old friends

Celebrating 60th birthdays, has a wonderful stay! Used the pickleball court, ping pong, shuffleboard, jacuzzi, fire pit, played indoor games while it rained, great meals and fellowship. Hopefully we will come again next year!

Even better a second time!

This home is perfect for our three generation family. Our grandchildren are all young adults and we have no great grandchildren at this time. The grandchildren organized an Olympics utilizing the croquet, pool, corn toss, basketball court and had no trouble filling 2 days with activities that did not necessitate leaving the property at all.

Better than the pictures!

Bella Vista is absolutely lovely. Our work retreat was a success! We had some issues with the wifi and filtered water upon arrival, but these were addressed pretty quickly. The grounds and sun room were our favorites. Casita is really nice and updated. Thanks!

A time in paradise

Our children and grandchildren stayed in this beautiful house for five days. We get together every two years and this house was by far the most amazing place we have ever been. It has it all starting with the Wow factor when you enter the front door and see the view. Then when you realize how many activities there are available- pickle ball, horseshoes, badminton, corn hole, bocce ball, swimming, pizza making—you don’t want to ever leave! It is truly a magical place. We renamed it the Garden of Eden.

Summer vacation

Part of the electric is out .we request to do breakfast there and to ask owner to delay time to have breakfast all toghter before leaving to San Jose , La. But manager said no way not to ask to owner . Owner visited later and we complain..if manager ask him this situation, we can talk and make an another sommer vacation next year same place. But everybody’s were upset . Manager has to be polite and consider this kind of situation.. we paid a lot to enjoy it

This is a Shangri-La

Our family, three generation strong, had a wonderful three days at this glorious property. Property. We did everything... Swam in the pool, relaxed in the spa, played basketball, bocce ball, croquet,. We have rented a big house for Christmas for the last 12 years. This is the best!

Paradise in Carpinteria

A wonderful property with stunning vistas and a zen like feel. We stayed 5 nights for the wedding weekend for our son who got married in Santa Barbara. This is a perfect spot for a large group with excellent amenities. A true 5 star experience.

Great stay

Loads of fun stuff to do on the property. You basically don’t need to leave. Main house is in decent shape. Pool house and casita look and feel much newer. Highly recommend. I hope to come back here

A wonderful weekend!

This property exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is amazing with so much to do and see. With 8 adults and 3 children we had room to spare. We plan on returning next year!

Wow, just wow!

Pictures do not do Bella Vista justice. This place was perfect for multi family gathering of all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property and discovering little out-buildings, the many amazing views, and evenings gathered around the fire pit. We will definitely return. Although located at of a road in an industrial park and fairly close to the freeway Do Not let the location deter your decision. Absolutely a slice of paradise!
