"Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!"

We had a problem with the shower in the smaller bathroom; the owner fixed it promptly but it was difficult to use, so we used the nicer shower in the primary bedroom which was lovely and more accessible for our age group (octogenarians). "Stayed here for a wedding. Very comfortable for 7 of us. House was clean. The pool table was a hit in the garage as the weather was beautiful the first weekend in March. The walk and the trek down the stairs to the ocean was worth it. "

"Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property."
