"The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. "

"Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! "

"The location was much better than anticipated. The studio is small, but beautifully appointed with much thought into the decorating. Michael has gone over and above by providing so many extra ammenities! The beach cart was wonderful! The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, but it was just too short..hopefully next time we will stay much longer!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this charming seaside condo! It was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly convenient. The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect!"

"Communication was excellent! The house was very clean, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Like others have said the bathroom is small, and it is an interesting layout where you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to main areas from the back bedroom.Beds were comfortable but the sofa sleeper mattress is a bit thin. Although it’s close to a gas station the home was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. We hope to stay here again. "

"Sweetest space right on the sand. The host had great communication, house was clean and most perfect location in downtown carpenteria. I stayed with my best friends and sisters for my bachelorette weekend and it was ideal. We walked to the train station down the street and went to Santa Barbara for an evening, but were able to relax on the beach in Carp during the days. Would definitely stay again. "
