We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very communicative and the place was perfect for a large family gathering with small children. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach and having bedrooms separate from the living room and kitchen area let the little ones go to bed on time. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--we are a family who loves to cook and we found everything we needed. The place was very clean and having a laundry room was wonderful. Do not bring any beach toys! There are plenty to choose from as well as many beach chairs! I highly recommend this place!

Fabulous views and even better host! We LOVED our stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, amenities were complete, and the views were incredible! Amy was a top notch communicator! The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels and linens. The layout was wonderful for our group. We could not be more happy!

The house was a perfect vacation hub for our extended family of 12. There was plenty of parking, the elevator was helpful for transporting supplies, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, the huge table allowed all of us to eat and play games together, the views were amazing, and, best of all, we had direct beach access. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware, and in addition to the main refrigerator, there were several mini fridges for drinks. The location of the house is a little distance from town but easily walkable; several times, we walked along the beach to town to enjoy some coffee on the boardwalk. There's a convenience store and surf board/kayak rental right across the street from the house that was handy for quick snacks and drinks.We had a great stay!

Best place to stay! Everything was clean and home was extremely spacious. Elevator was such a life saver for groceries and luggage. Outdoor showers had hot and cold water and were completely private and large. They had everything you could ever need plus more. The views were spectacular and the host was responsive and pleasant. Will definitely be booking again for our next family trip!

The owner was super helpful, we had no issues at the property and everything was clean. They had everything you would ever want to use to cook for a big group. Didnt know how good we had it until we went to another family members place which barely had anything available for them to cook with.

The property was wonderful - right on the beach, well located and in good condition. We had plenty of room for everyone and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony for happy hour or the sunrise. The host was very responsive and we would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful trip. Wonderful memories were made. The location is perfect for a large beach loving family. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We enjoyed the many balconies and the large gathering space. Communication with the host couldn't be better or faster. Considering a repeat visit next summer. Loved.

The house was so perfect for our family, the elevator was very convenient for groceries and elderly parents. The Location was perfect! The views were breathtaking! Great Family Trip!

What a beautiful property. Right on the beach! Host was extremely responsive before/during the trip and made the vacation stress free. There was a little Convenience store across the street with take out options. The unit had toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Our group had 4 adults and 4 children between the ages 7-12 and there were plenty of games to keep them busy. We had an amazing family vacation and we will definitely book again.

Great sewing week!

My group of friends with an interest in various forms of sewing escaped to Carolina Beach for a relaxing week of sewing! This home is light filled and met our needs perfectly! Well stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals “at home” and relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean! Will rent again!

Perfect for girls weekend

This was the perfect house for our twice a year girl's weekend! The house was so spacious! There were 8 of us, and we all had our own bed. The house was super clean when we arrived, and our host was always available by text. We all loved the house and will definitely be back!

The most accommodating host ever

Amy was the most accommodating host we have EVER had the pleasure to book with. We got married in Carolina Beach and Amy was so lovely and accommodating for our wedding weekend. We stayed here with our wedding party and everyone was quite pleased with the stay. Beautiful home with breath taking views. Close to the center of Carolina beach! Perfect for a group. Neighborhood was quiet. Amy was approachable throughout our stay. Book this stay! You will not be disappointed.
