"Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. "Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. "Gardenside is an absolutely amazing find. What a holiday home. The house interiors are so homely and it’s so clean on arrival.The views are just the ‘wow’ factor from the lounge and main bedroom.And the beds are very comfy. "A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. "
