Great place to stay! Very clean and spacious. Right off highway 1, so easy to get to Big Sur and Monterey. Not walkable to downtown Carmel because there is no sidewalk on highway 1, but easier to get in and out of then downtown Carmel.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy, the space was beautiful, & Anu was very responsive. The views are stunning & Anu has thought of nearly everything you might need in the space.

Dog-friendly getaway

We came to Carmel to celebrate our dog’s 10th birthday and Anu’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! We loved the convenient location and the beautiful property. Th place was very clean and charming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Close to everything you want to do.

This is a lovely little suite on a quiet street, dog friendly, with a comfortable bed. The location is ideal for going to Monterey, Pacific Grove, down the coast, or just staying in Carmel. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

CLEAN and cozy stay!

Anu’s studio was perfect and had all the comforts of home! The room was very CLEAN and comfortable. We loved the view and fresh cool breeze. The location was perfect! Can’t wait to come and stay again.

Peaceful stay in carmel

We love the place. We had our lab with us and spent a few days in Carmel on a road trip. We loved the bathtub and serenity of the place. Great views with everything you need on a scenic street just a short drive from the busy streets of the beach and downtown.

Lovely Space

The flat is lovely and comfortable with enough room to stretch out. Appliances and amenities are really thoughtfully done. The location is exceptional as well and close to everything. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

Anu is an amazing host! She is welcoming and made herself available for any questions we had. The space she has created is immaculate and has every convenience that guests might need - from coffee to an iron! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Amazing

Wonderful home conveniently located within short driving distance to downtown Carmel, the beach, and the local airport. The views are incredible and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and the host was very responsive. My wife and I definitely recommend this to others.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed every part of our stay here. Anu is a wonderful host: communicative, clear, and helpful. She shared a long list of restaurants and excursions that we might enjoy while exploring the area and has stocked the room with thoughtful touches (I appreciated the Nespresso pods!) The accommodations are spacious, clean, and in a super convenient location. We cannot recommend this VRBO enough!

Perfect Carmel Getaway

Our week in Carmel at Anu’s place was wonderful. Room was secluded, secure, and even had a nice view of Carmel Valley. Having the fridge and microwave helped so that we didn’t have to eat all meals out. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Terrific holiday mini-break

Enjoyed a super three days at the suite. Very close to Carmel and Monterey but out of the fray. Cozy place to retreat when the weather turned on us, never felt stuck. The host has thoughtfully equipped the room and gave great guidance throughout. We’d definitely return!

Wonderful retreat

This place was perfect for a month devoted to physical and mental recovery. From the soaking tub to the candles to the Nespresso machine everything was designed for a great experience. The bed was heavenly and the AC was perfect during the heat spell. I loved all the extra touches. It is a very special place.
