"Wonderful stay overall. Clean rooms and property in a fantastic location. We were in one of the top floor units, only minor complaint was the shared balcany lacked a bit of privacy with only a small partial wall. Also, master bedroom lack outlet for charging on both sides of bed. Other than that, wonderful stay and would certainly recommend highly."

"The place was perfect for short stay to visit with my US Marine. Awesome views. Walking distance to everything. Appreciated being able to rent for one night. My only ask would have been a couple K Cups for coffee. That would be a nice touch for the price you pay. "

"Immaculate apartment with beautiful view of Pacific sunsets. Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, firepit, minigolf and gym. Easy walk to beach. Great communication from the owner. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. A very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!"

"Very comfortable and convenient to everywhere. Plenty of great restaurants. Beautiful being right the ocean and having the sound of waves crashing to lull you to sleep. Lots of steps though if you're staying in an upper unit. Good for the booty! Michael, the manager was available, friendly and attentive. We'll be back!"

"Cathy great to work with but we got a less than ideal location with view of a street and stop sign. I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations. This may have been a one off unfortunate situation as owners...
