Hop and Skip to Blue Licks State Park

Great home with plenty of space for our family and friends. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit space. It was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Thank you again Paula for your hospitality!

Peaceful Getaway

Very comfortable and immaculate bungalow nestled between rolling hills along the Licking River. We loved walking the country roads, birdwatching, visiting Blue Licks State Park, and relaxing on the porch.

Great location and host

I’ve tried a couple of locations in the area and this has by far been the best one. The hosts are very responsive and extremely friendly. House has everything you need and was very clean. I will definitely book this house the next time I’m in the area.

Annual Motorcycle Trip

The Blue Lick Bungalow is a hidden gem in the area. Paula and Randy couldn't have been more accommodating during our stay. The property was clean, very well maintained and well equipped. Outstanding communication with the hosts. You will not be disappointed with your decision to stay here.

I was in town for work. The place was perfect for us. The property is next door to Blue Licks State Park. I would walk the trails everyday after work.

Home was very clean and extremely comfortable. Location is perfect and centrally located. Lots of history in the area. Great place to relax. Location is very peaceful. Paula and Randy are the very best host. Both more than willing to ensure your stay is the very best.
