"We had an amazing time for our short stay here. I wish we could have stayed longer. My absolute favorite part of the house is the outdoor patio area. We had beakfast and dinner out there the whole stay and loved getting to listen to the birds and see the local wildlife while eating or sipping coffee. Also love the seclusion of the house. I just wish it wasn't a 17 hour drive for us as we would absolutely love to stay here again and would more often if we were closer."

"The property and house were both wonderful. The views of the Kentucky hills with horses grazing, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese roaming added to the entire experience! Our host was extremely friendly to everyone in our group. A foal was born during our time there and he willingly shared the experience with us and put up with our constant checking on the other horses that were also ready to foal. "Excellent working farm in the rolling countryside of Kentucky. Host was so kind. Treated us to some of their produce straight from their garden. Gave us a tour of their working fiber mill on the farm that uses their own wool from their sheep and lamas. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Overall just a quiet restful place to take a step back in time. Looking forward to visiting again in the future"

"Tracy was a wonderful host. The farmhouse was exactly how it was described and more. Comfortable beds, lots of space, beautiful views, and had everything you needed for a great stay. It feels like you’re visiting family. Tracy was responsive, helpful and wants her guest to enjoy their stay at the farmhouse. "Our family of 4 including 2 older teens plus grandma stayed at Colliver House. This was our home base for the Railbird Music Festival. It worked out perfectly! Julia is a very attentive host. The homemade chocolate chip cookies were devoured immediately and the extras were so appreciated!!! Cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, coffee, soda, bacon and eggs, carrots to feed the horses and much, much more!! This is a very comfortable house. Not new but very clean.
