"Although there was on site restaurant it was closed for bookings and only take away Saturday and Sunday, then beginning of new week it did not open until Thursday and was fully booked both remaining days even though tried booking for Friday on Thursday. Of course there are cooking facilities in the room but when you book a week away you would like ro be able to have a meal without having to drive. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay in a lovely place."

"Exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-furnished, kind and helpful hosts. Very well situated for walking into Keswick, doing local walks, using the bus system and easy parking/driving. Perfect studio for 2 adults. Stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Thanks Steve and Irena!"

"Shower had a blockage but was sorted within a timely manner, the studio was nice and cosy and met my needs, the room seemed cleaned to a good standard but could do with a duster on the ceiling as cobwebs are farming in one corner and I do think they need to deep clean the cutlery and utensils and cooking accessories as they was getting a build up of grime on hard to clean areas but from constant use which once a month or every two weeks depending on how busy occupancy is and that’s why I gave a...

"Very nice place, we felt like at home here. Everything was clean. The apartment has everything you need, you can cook, you can relax. The town is beautiful. Shops literally across the street. Cheap parking right next to the apartment. The owners are very helpful and answer all questions very quickly. I would definitely go back to this place and I highly recommend it. "Fantastic, luxurious property for our weekend away. Beautiful bedrooms with en-suites provided privacy for our party. Two fabulous rooms downstairs to sit in, play games and chat. Hot tub was large, and lovely and warm. The photographs of the property don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend"

"Beautiful property in a quiet area, advertised to be Carlisle but was a few miles out, this wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Parking available on the street, internet and phone available. Only improvement I would recommend would be to swap the bed from a double to a king, however this wouldn't stop me from recommending the place."
