Check-in process was horrible. Have to use their own website. Has many problems not designed to work on a phone. There are many discrepancies also, many.Very invasive pre-checkin process also. Required a picture of id, AND a picture of a credit card before charging you a security deposit (which they call a deposit). And this is all done on their website, not with vrbo. All in all i was very uncomfortable with things before i even got to the apartment. The building , the common areas are pretty rough(not owners fault) but that adds to the bad feelings. Apartment itself is ok.. everything worked, had been cleaned, but lots of little things need work, but it is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment right next to the beautiful pedestrian shopping area. I will never rent from a company again, the experience was bad and im sure colored my opion of the apartment.
