Amazing view and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a great walking trail right in front of the house that led to Encinitas and Cardiff. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We loved having the hot tub to relax in the evening.

A perfect home away from home

Great for sleeping, shopping, watching the water. The train didn't bother us. You become accustomed to it quite quickly. The views are wonderful. Could not have asked for anything more.

Amazing views!

We loved the house, especially the backyard. Had everything we needed and captivating views. The only drawback was that accessing the beach wasn't as easy as it looked due to the train tracks and highway between the house and the beach. From our experience, you have to walk down several blocks to cross safely. But that would not stop us from going back again! Love Cardiff & Encinitas!!

Our son is going to university near by and we wanted a spot where we could all meet up over spring break. The home is lovely, the views spectacular! Had everything we needed and was a short walk to local restaurants. Gina has great communication skills and made booking effortless. Wonderful vacation home and our family would stay here again.

Beautiful Spot

The Blue House was a great place to unwind with the family. The view of the ocean was interesting and relaxing. Sitting on the back porch was meditative looking at the beautiful trees and plants and enjoying the quiet. The BBQ and the fire pit came in handy for entertaining.

A perfect week

We loved everything about this sweet house. You cannot beat the views! The location is incredible, everything we needed was within a mile. Our boys loved watching (and riding) the trains! We had the best vacation here & would book agin without question.

Wonderful spring break!

We had a terrific time staying in the Ocean Blue House on a trip out from Minnesota. The house is well-equipped for kids with games and a great backyard. We particularly appreciated how equipped it was (spices, condiments, extra light bulbs, etc.). Would definitely return!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Amazing View!

This is an ideal location! We loved the gorgeous view and easy walk to Encinitas. We have young kids and it was an ideal setup. Great communication along the way as well. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Location

We have stayed in many rentals but Gina's property by far is the BEST! The ocean view from the living room was incredible. The front and backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. The blue house location is why we booked it. Walking distance to Seaside Market, Pipes, and Sambazon. We also walked to Encinitas ate at Honey's and shopped at Viouri. Gina was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. The house has everything and is well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Great location

House is great. Located just a quick walk from the cliffs at Pipes. We had everything we needed. This is a QUIET neighborhood so no partying if you are looking to come stay here. 10/10 would recommend

Great home!

The house and backyard are Amazing! We had little kids with us and they loved everything the house had to offer. Just know it's not close enough to go to the beach without driving when you have kids, toys, beach chairs etc.
