"Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

"Everything was great, the home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location, close to grocery stores and shops. We didn't use the backyard very much as it was cold and rainy. The host was communicative and quick to reply to questions. "

"The stay here was a great experience! The place was very easy to find with given the instructions. Sunset Cliffs was in walking distance as well as there a few restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The place itself was cute and felt clean. The best part was the private outdoor area with the hot tube (although it does take a while to heat up so start heating it early before you want to use!). It was a little loud during the day as I think there was construction going on but...
