"Excellent view from second floor, no stairs from parking lot to unit which is a plus for us. I like the second bedroom bed arrangement, perfect for our daughter and granddaughter.. Very well equipped unit, including table linens. New sofa and chairs in living room, which are very attractive and comfortable. Left my instant read thermometer on accident, but others can enjoy and I'll buy a new one. First time staying for Thanksgiving and have reservation for next year already and one before that...

"Shorebirds 132 is a fabulous unit with a stupendous, panoramic ocean view. We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before but this one outshines all past visits. Inside, the furnishings are fresh, clean, and very attractive. The gorgeous kitchen had everything we required to prepare most all our meals there - more time to soak up the view.As for our host, Nicole was very helpful and responsive when we texted with a few questions.Note: the third floor requires going up one flight of stairs, so there’s more...

"Everything was lovely! Super easy check in, and the room had everything needed for an easy 2 night stay! My now fiancé proposed on the beach right down from where we stayed, which made this trip extra special! Would 100% stay here again!"

"Lovely location, it was a nice stay. We had 4 adults, apparently the sofa bed is not that comfortable, maybe it needs a mattress topper. Everything else was fine. The towels need updating but that’s really the only thing. "

"It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night."
