"Very quiet. The breakfast service was outstanding. "

"The property is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. Since our flight didn't depart until the evening, they kindly let us stay in the room longer. The breakfast was the best we experienced in SA. We also enjoyed walking around the property and meeting the horses. I highly recommend this place."

"Perfect stay at a world class resort"

"Hermoso alojamiento, decoración y diseño exquisitos, atención de personal excelente y un entorno inigualable. Lo único negativo que encontré fue el horario del desayuno porque en teoría empiezan a las 8am, pero eran las 8.30 y aún no estaba la cafetera caliente y aunque la chica encargada del desayuno fue encantadora y bajó corriendo a buscar unas pastas, aún así no tuvimos tiempo de desayunar. Por lo demás todo perfecto, alojamiento súper recomendado."

"We just loved the stay. Great view. Perfect service and a Owner that is passionate!"

"This guest house felt like a home away from home. The fire was inviting and the staff were warm and fun to talk to about rugby and all things South African. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were individual and comfortable."

"me hospede ahi x el winery y no me dejaron visitar ni probar vinos. el personal poca voluntad de ayuda"

"Yes and yes"

"I cannot recommend highly enough. I stayed for 5 nights in September and would return tomorrow if i could. The hotel itself is lovely with a lovely garden, it looks out over the park, there is tea and cake available every afternoon and it feels so homely. The staff are faultless and could not be nicer or more helpful if they tried, it was such a pleasure to stay there and is only a few minutes walk from the centre but lovely and quiet."

"I really liked this place - great location - perfect for exploring the town and all Hermanus has to offer! Really nice staff and great value for the type of accommodation! I really liked my room - very comfy bed and a great big shower! Good wi fi too! I'd stay again! Thank you!"

"On arrival greeted by the host she put us right at home, the property is stunning the room bright and comfy, the breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend"

"Abalone Guest House is great. Excellent welcome and hospitality. Good location overlooking the ocean towards Voelklip about 5k to the east of Hermanus. "
