    The Space:

    For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an electric hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The open-plan living and dining areas, seating up to six, are bathed in natural light and feature bold artwork that reflects the vibrant energy of the city. Step onto the balcony to relax with seating for four, or enjoy the communal pool or BBQ facilities - ideal for a laid-back evening in.



    The primary bedroom offers a tranquil escape with a king-sized bed, standing fan, and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The second bedroom, with its airy loft-inspired feel, opens onto the living area, featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.



    Urban Palette offers peace of mind with a secure doorman and undercover and access controlled parking for 2 cars. Immerse yourself in the lively Green Point atmosphere while enjoying the color, comfort, and creative ambiance of this art-filled haven.



    Please note:

    - This property is strictly adults-only. Due to safety considerations, children under 12 are not permitted.

    - The unit is only available for 2 adults.

    - Only the registered guests on the booking are permitted access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are occupying. The apartment has instituted a no visitor policy, and a maximum of 2 persons is permitted in the apartment at any time.

    - In this apartment, no smoking is permitted (including on the balcony). A noise monitor has been installed in the apartment to ensure compliance with these rules.

    - Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. - Jan 2025



    This is a dedicated year-round self-catering vacation rental property that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the property manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!



    Important: The manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The Property Manager reserves the right to charge an extra Damage Deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.
