The garden area also has a sunny patio with four sun loungers and four sun lounger chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco-style dining.
The main house is accessed via stairs from the garden. The front entrance to the house has a spacious tiled patio overlooking the garden and swimming pool, and the ocean beyond. You enter into a bright, open-plan living and dining area, which is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There is an eight-seater dining table set against a backdrop of breathtaking views through large bay windows and a comfortable lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and a projector TV.
The living area flows into the kitchen which has a centre island/breakfast bar with stools, a large fridge, and a microwave – everything you need for a hassle-free holiday! A separate scullery area has a washing machine and tumble dryer and opens onto a sunny back courtyard area.
The main bedroom, known as the ‘The Pink Room,’ is a beautifully appointed space with a king-size bed and ample cupboard space. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a unique dressing room with double vanity, and a large, separate shower room with double shower heads.
The second bedroom, called ‘The Green Room,’ is a cool, stylish space with tiled floors, a king-size bed, and a cosy alcove with lovely views. You’ll also find a dressing table, and a ceiling fan to keep cool, and there is plenty of cupboard space for your luggage. An en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower and single vanity.
The third bedroom, aptly called ‘The Blue Room,’ has a comfortable king-size bed and a small dressing area separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a shower and bath.
The garden flat is accessed from the garden and pool area and features an open plan living and dining area, and a kitchenette with basic appliances such as a kettle, microwave, and toaster. Large bay windows flood the flatlet with natural light and offer stunning ocean views.
