CONVENIENCE
This apartment is self-serviced, with fresh towels provided every 3 – 4 days in season (Dec-Feb). Complimentary cleaning and linen change is provided weekly for guests staying longer than 7 nights. Should you need more regular servicing, this can be arranged at an extra charge of R400 per day, subject to our housekeeping team's availability.
This place has a dedicated basement parking bay.

Our apartments are furnished as far as possible with local and sustainable artisanal products. We take pride in equipping our staff to take part in the Cape's vibrant tourism sector. Energy and water efficiency measures have been taken to manage environmental footprint, with recycling facilities available on site to assist you.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay as well as the gym and pool areas. We are equipped for self check in, but will also gladly meet you for check in.
Please note, we will request identity information ahead of your stay in order to set up your access with security. You will need to provide your ID or Passport to the front desk when checking in.
The Neighborhood:
Lower Bree Street buzzes with coffee shops, restaurants and artisanal shops, with close proximity to CTICC (walking distance), Greenpoint Stadium and the V&A Waterfront. For this reason, it's a favourite with visitors to Cape Town all year round!
On the first Thursday of every month, the street is closed to cars for a street party of sorts featuring dozens of art galleries and cultural events. Come and experience the Cape Town vibe!
Getting Around:
This unit has a dedicated, secure parking bay for your vehicle in the building. It's a quick 5-10 minute drive to most tourist spots in the city centre, and 15-20 minutes to the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
Ubers and taxis are also available on your doorstop, at affordable prices.

BOOKING POLICY
We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.
Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.
We cannot accommodate children under 6 at this property since balconies are a risk to young children.
DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION
To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a passport-style picture of your face. You will also be required to present your ID or passport at the front desk when checking in. Please contact us for details on our data protection and privacy approach. We will gladly explain how we keep your information safe.
RULES
Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 in accordance with building policy and will also be liable for additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.
We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.
ANIMALS
Some residents in the building keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.

We will be available to assist with any questions, concerns and issues during your stay. We will remain available on Airbnb, but are also available via mobile messaging and email.
