El establecimiento no está mal, desayuno un poco caro. Delante hay un mercadillo para comprar souvenirs, pero también había una protesta y la gente dormía en la calle. El hotel dispone de aparcacoches, y nos proporcionaron transporte al aeropuerto (350R 2 personas) el personal es muy agradable y atento.

2 noches en Cape Town
Para los que buscan una ubicación céntrica y cerca de mercado, restaurantes, de rent a cars, de transporte público, el Onomo Hotel es una muy buena elección. Nos atendieron muy amablemente y nos solucionaron rápidamente un problema (no del hotel) con la reserva. La atención en el comedor durante el desayuno muy buena. También nos ayudaron la última noche con guardar el auto que alquilamos.

Muy buen hotel céntrico de todo
La zona donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel es muy bueno. No recomiendo mas de dos noches. Hay mucha gente que piden dinero, y además con dos días conoces el centro. Recomiendo luego alojarse a las playas de Cape Yown, que cambia el panorama totalmente, se disfruta mejor y recorres los lugares con tranquilidad. En cuanto al hotel, 7/10. Un 3 estrella con excelente desayuno buffet.

De cara a mi trabajo, me vino bien ya que es céntrico. El Hotel esta bien, pero cuarto de baño un poco pequeño, y pocas mesas en restaurante para el desayuno, se llena enseguida.

Up to our 4 stars expectations
Although we just spent a few hours and did not actually spend the night because we had to change our flight, it was a great hotel, staff were very pleasant, and was we got a very good price, although it is more focused on business travellers it served us well.

easy check in process, friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast with options, beds were comfortable. I did not feel safe going out by myself. I watched scammers working from my hotel window. If you are with 3 or 4 people I would feel safe. Hotel and rooms are in great need of a remodel. Bathroom door was rusted off the hinges and door would not close, cracked tile and dirty grout. Nice USB ports in headboard.

The hotel was clean and located in a good area. The market in thw square just outside the hotel is great. The breakfast was nice. What let it down was the room. The bathroom was very small and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. The unit gave me an electric shock on two separate occasions. No one at reception seemed to be remotely bothered that I had been injured. We asked to move rooms after the second incident and the room we were transfered to also had really poor air conditioning which made the room very warm. The bar, restaurant and common areas are nice and modern but the room was a disappointment.

The staff are absolutely amazing especially maymona, so helpful and lovely. The hotel is nice, good breakfast, room is clean However, the wifi didnt work in our room the whole stay and other guests complained from the same thing

The Onomo Inn On The Square is the perfect place in Cape Town. The crafts market is just outside the front door and more crafts on St. George’s Mall, one block away. St George’s Anglican Cathedral, where Archbishop Tutu presided, is very close. The Inn On The Square is in the very center of Cape Town. The restaurant is also good. There is a bar too. The staff is competent and friendly. I really recommend this hotel

Excellent place to be able to stay right in the City. Right in the market Square with lots of places within easy walking by day and night. Good complimentary breakfast and the valet parking worked well.

No aircon - so stay away if you need that
If you need Aircon don’t book this hotel at all- it don’t work in any of the rooms I change rooms and it all the same, just work as a game. if you don’t need aircon this hotel is ok for the money as the location, staff and cleanest is ok for the money. But as I can’t sleep in +25 C room I didn’t sleep for my hole stay so for me it is only worth 1 star.

Great property and great service. The only issue is that the pool was being misused by other guests. The hotel should ensure strict measures for the pool and it wasn’t heated.

Hadde et fint opphold, men hadde store problemer med renholds gjengen. Vi hadde 4 episoder der de bare låser seg inn på rommet mens vi lå å slappet av. De kakket på en gang, så stormet de inn på rommet som en gaselle uten bekymringer. I tillegg forsvant det et smykke fra rommet vårt…

Hôtel situé à 2 km du waterfront. Possibilité de rejoindre le centre à pied mais privilégié l’usage d’un taxi la nuit en le commandant via l’hôtel. Il faut compter environ 120 rands (6€) la course. Hôtel confortable. Petit déjeuner complet.

Very nice place to stay, comfortable, central location to activities. Doors to the bathroom were a concern, very tight getting in and out of the bathrooms. Don’t ask for an iron, it won’t appear at room. Mr. Quentin and the staff are very friendly.

Money was stolen out of our room!!! It happened the day before we left, while we were out on a tour. We mistakenly left some money in a backpack in the room. Not all of it was taken. Obviously, the hope was we would not discover the theft until we got home but we discovered the theft the morning we were leaving as we were packing up. We reported it to the Manager and gave statements to the Security Officer but so far the hotel has not responded. We asked the Manager to call the police but the police did not show up before we had to leave for the airport. Avoid this hotel if you value your belongings!
